gonna restart reeeal quick to apply a quick config change, shouldn't be gone long

i don't get what motivates akkoma to do this, but it will randomly decide the entire server wasn't enabled when i restart it from the admin FE?? restarting the instance from the console always fixes it, but. i gotta have a console nearby when it prompts for a restart lmao

anyways that's that change done for now. might do one more tonight
