sorry Akkoma users, GtS ate Lilypad's favicon 😔 we're just gonna be ugly until I fix it 😔😔😔

I think this should work now, so long as Akkoma is only looking at /favicon.ico

This seems to have been caused in some way by me using DigitalOcean spaces to serve media, but I'm unsure of why it broke (assuming it worked in the first place). wobsites are mosterious

@froggebip mine still isn’t working, seems to be trying to fetch this URL https://lilypad.frogge.cafe/fileserver/01MVJ1MJZ675FRDK4TMMGQTJ8G/attachment/original/01J8J0JE4SGXXXPT8SRE8K00MZ.png and 404’ing
