i wanted to check if this thing is set up to allow uploading videos and it appears to be so now i’m just gonna share one of my favorite videos in recent memory, thanks

@jseakle yeah, seems about right, ppl did tell me that semaphore just straight up eats it. this is how it looks on akkoma-fe

so seems like inline images (this one sent with md ![alt](https://image.url) syntax) work, but according to discord, some frontends will either just eat them completely or display them weird

@froggebip I do know that akkoma has a setting that adds an re: to the CW on replies to posts with a CW, but other than that, no idea

yknow, I wish akkoma(/akkoma-fe) had the “warn when sending an image without alt text” feature, I know that some other fedi frontends do have it and it does come in handy
